I’m so happy to announce my next Reset Class, happening Thursday 3/26/2026 at 8pm at Rae House Dance Studio in Nibley.For this class, we’ll begin by setting intention around the Spring Equinox—celebrating new life, new beginnings, and a return to balance.These Reset classes are 60-minute experiences that begin with simple grounding. From there, we move into an active, energizing breath practice for about 20–25 minutes, and end with deep relaxation and a sound bath.“Breathwork” refers to an active style of breathing that stimulates the body and nervous system with the intention of releasing tension stored in the physical body, activating the sympathetic nervous system in a safe and contained setting to help shift triggered responses, and connecting more deeply to the spiritual self.
